　KCGブログで取り上げた内容をアーカイブとしてまとめました。
　 本学大学院ではプロジェクトマネジメントに関する講義があります。また，2009年度からは本学専門課程（kcg)ではプロジェクト演習という授業がすべての学年で開講されます。

５つのプロセス
  1. プロジェクト立ち上げフェーズ The Project Initiation Processes
  2. プロジェクト計画フェーズ The Project Planning Processes
  3. プロジェクト実行フェーズ The Project Executin Processes
  4. プロジェクト・コントロール・フェーズ The Project Contorolling Processes
  5. プロジェクト終結フェーズ The Project Closing Processes


９つの領域
  1. 統合(総合)マネジメント integration
  2. スコープマネジメント scope
  3. タイムマネジメント time
  4. コストマネジメント cost
  5. 品質マネジメント quality
  6. 組織(人的資源)マネジメント human
  7. コミュニケーションマネジメント communication
  8. リスクマネジメント risk
  9. 調達マネジメント procurement


プロジェクト成功の１２の黄金律
  1. 成果物について合意を得る。Thou shalt gain consensus on project outcomes.
  2. 最良のチームを育てる。Thou shalt build the best team you can.
  3. しっかりしたプロジェクト計画書を作り、更新を怠らない。Thou shalt develop a comprehensive, viable plan and keep it up-to date.
  4. 本当に必要な資源を判断する。Thou shalt determine how much stuff you really need to get things done.
  5. 現実的なスケジュールを作る。Thou shalt have a realistic schedule.
  6. できないことはやらない。Thou won't try to do more than can be done.
  7. 常にヒトを大切にする。Thou will remember that people count.
  8. 正式な支援を取り付け，継続して確認する。Thou will gain the formal and ongoing support of management and stakeholders.
  9. 変更を躊躇しない。Thou must be willing to change.
  10. 現状を周知する。Thou must keep others informed of what you're up to.
  11. 新しいことに挑戦する。Thou must be willing to try new things.
  12. リーダーとなる。Thou must become a leader.
